11. oktobra se bomo v Konzorciju družili z Urško Klakočar Zupančič, avtorico slovenske knjižne uspešnice Gretin greh, nekdanjo sodnico in prvo predsednico državnega zbora. Z njo se bo pogovarjala Katarina Modic, vodja Konzorcija.

Navdih za njun pogovor bo knjiga Gretin greh, vendar pa zgodbe ne bosta podrobno razkrivali. Namesto tega se bosta pogovarjali o njenih vzporednicah s sodobnim časom, še posebej o moči žensk in pomembnih družbenih vprašanjih.

Gostja: Urška Klakočar Zupančič

Urška Klakočar Zupančič je doma iz Sevnice, z družino pa že več let prebiva v Ljubljani. Leta 2009 je bila imenovana za sodnico, letos pa izvoljena za prvo predsednico državnega zbora. Zgodovina je njena strast že od otroških dni, ko je odkrila, da tudi rada piše.

Katarina o dogodku in knjigi:

Gretin greh  je večplastna knjiga, v kateri spoznamo življenje v 17. stoletju v Sevnici. To je čas, ko so deželi vladali fevdalci, na jugu so se spopadali s Turki, Nemčija in severna Evropa pa sta bili v primežu tridesetletne vojne med katoliki in protestanti. Vsekakor burno obdobje, ki ga večina od nas premalo pozna.

Najtemnejši del tistega časa pa so bili čarovniški procesi, del česar je bila glavna protagonistka romana, Greta. Greta je izjemna ženska, ki jo je življenje lomilo, vendar nikoli dokončno zlomilo – do čarovniškega procesa. Zgodba, če jo beremo tako, nam ponuja razmislek tudi o družbenih vprašanjih današnjega časa.
